Hot on the heels of the biggest ever Big Bang in 2024, we're very excited to announce the return of Big Bang in 2025! Join the Primordial Party on Friday 18th and Saturday 19th July and get ready for an epic weekend of awesome music, community, camping and bonfires.

Connect with old and new friends, savour ice-cold drinks and jam out to hits from your favourite bands. Everyone is welcome to this epic party hosted by OGRI MCC and organized by the legendary Mark Manby. With ample space for setting tents, caravans, and even yurts, there's no need to hurry home - stay up late and cosy up with fellow members of the Primordial community around the bonfire on a summer's eve.

Directions

Is the event indoors or outdoors?
Both! This is a hybrid event with outdoor camping and an indoor clubhouse. Previous Big Bang podcasts and info are here.

Who is playing?
Friday is the warm-up night with Karaoke and DJs and Saturday will feature live music from bands soon to be confirmed.

Can I park next to my tent?
Yes.

Campsite Facilities available
There is a large field for camping with toilet blocks and drinking water available in the clubhouse.

Can I bring my campervan/caravan?
Yes, both are welcome.

What happens if we are not camping?
You are welcome to attend for the day or the weekend and stay in local hotel accommodation.

Can I pay for my ticket when I arrive?
If there are any tickets left, yes you can pay upon arrival.

What food vendors do you have?
There will be a caterer on site - there will be veggie/vegan and GF options available (legal note from caterers - "we cannot guarantee 100% gluten free as we aren’t a gluten free kitchen.. so there may be traces".

Can we make our own fire pit?
There are to be no open fires or fire pits as per the venue’s regulations, but we will have our very own roaring bonfire to enjoy.

BBQs/Cooking
Only Gas or Solid Fuel (hex block style) cooking equipment please (No petrol, charcoal, wood, disposable BBQ)

Can we bring our own food and drink?
You are welcome to bring your own supplies, especially if you have specific dietary requirements but we just ask that you keep them to your camping area and respect the event and vendors there. The bar will have GF beer available.

Can I bring glass bottles?
Strictly no glass bottles.

How do we pay for food/drink/merch?
It is worth making sure you have sufficient cash with you (the nearest cash points are Cirencester/Tetbury) for your drinking, eating and OGRI merch purchases. OGRI MCC do not have card facilities on site

Age Restrictions/Valid ID
There is no age restriction for the weekend but all children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. The bars will run the Challenge 25 Policy so if you want to purchase alcohol, please make sure you have a valid photo ID with you. The licensing accounts for the entire venue so if anyone is found underage drinking anywhere on site then they may be asked to leave.

Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed, except for guide dogs however this is an active airfield. Please contact simon@primordialradio.com with any questions
